1 Acceptance The Use Of iDepozit Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of iDepozit is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. 2 Checkout AND PAYMENT DETAILS

When you have completed your order, you will shortly receive an email invoice in which you will find all the information needed to pay by bank transfer. Our representatives will check your VAT code.
2.1 If you live outside Romania, according to European tax laws, we will check your VAT ID (VIES VAT Number Validation).
2.2 If it is valid, you pay the total amount without VAT ( TOTAL A).
2.3 If that is not valid or does not exist, you have to pay the total amount with VAT included (TOTAL B). Delivery will start from the moment the invoice amount has entered into our bank account, at which point you will be notified by e-mail. The fact that you did pay the invoice amount, means that you fully agree the delivery terms. iDepozit has the obligation to notify you of any changes in delivery terms.
