Our delivery service is provided by thrid parties, we do not refund the cost of delivery when the refund is issued, please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
For European shipments, iDepozit.ro works with different forwarders. The forwarder picks up the goods at our warehouse every single working day of the year.
For all orders, shipment costs will be calculated automatically depending on the choice of the clients shipment method.
Clients may also choose to use their own courier service. The client must ensure that our customer services receives all the relevant information of the pick up date in advance.
For worldwide shipments we only offer pick up. This means the client will have to arrange their own shipment.
Orders will be processed and shipped within at least 3 days after receipt of payment, depending on the vendor and the availability of the goods.
